Regimented itineraries that allow little flexibility or adaptability to individual tastes and interests.
Limited and often inauthentic menu options that prevent exploration of local cuisines.
Most importantly, you get to experience foreign lands only as tourists, not as locals.
A Cruise by Land journey allows one to experience almost any country just as the people who live there do. We have enjoyed this novel way to see the world many times during the last two decades. From the Scottish Highlands to the Blue Danube to the Bosphorus Strait where Europe meets Asia, the Vacationeers have planned and executed some of the most enlightening and enjoyable itineraries imaginable.

They're not just destinations to us, they're our homes, at least for a time. Our unique hub-and-spoke itineraries enable us to truly experience what it's like to live in our anchor city while still exploring an entire country or even an entire region. And we do it on our own flexible schedules.

Our merry band of wanderers has been traveling together (and sometimes separately) for years. We've visited many great places, dipped our toes in several oceans, and enjoyed each other's company while experiencing the world together.
